One term is 10 weeks. One subject is two hours a week, in one session.

Terms — published, not buried
| Joining mid-term | Prorated by remaining weeks, rounded down to the week. Join in week 4 of 10 and you pay 7/10. |

| Missed session | One make-up session per term, if you tell us 12 hours ahead. Beyond that, the session is used. |
| If a teacher cancels | Rescheduled or refunded at the per-hour rate. The rule runs both ways. |
| Class size | Capped at six. When a class has six, it is closed — we do not add a seventh. |
| Refunds | If we move your child down a level and you would rather stop, the remaining weeks are refunded in full. |
| Registration fee | None. |
| Contract | None. Terms do not auto-renew; we ask you again each term. |
